    Polls :py:meth:`Route53.Client.get_change` every 30 seconds until a successful state is reached. An error is raised after 60 failed checks.

    :param Id: **[REQUIRED]** 

      The ID of the change batch request. The value that you specify here is the value that ``ChangeResourceRecordSets`` returned in the ``Id`` element when you submitted the request.

      A dictionary that provides parameters to control waiting behavior.

      

    
      - **Delay** *(integer) --* 

        The amount of time in seconds to wait between attempts. Default: 30
