  Associates a set of proficiencies with a user.

  :param InstanceId: **[REQUIRED]** 

    The identifier of the Amazon Connect instance. You can find the instance ID in the Amazon Resource Name (ARN of the instance).

  :param UserId: **[REQUIRED]** 

    The identifier of the user account.

    

  
  :type UserProficiencies: list
  :param UserProficiencies: **[REQUIRED]** 

    The proficiencies to associate with the user.

      Information about proficiency of a user.

      

    
      - **AttributeName** *(string) --* **[REQUIRED]** 

        The name of user's proficiency. You must use name of predefined attribute present in the Amazon Connect instance.

        

      
      - **AttributeValue** *(string) --* **[REQUIRED]** 

        The value of user's proficiency. You must use value of predefined attribute present in the Amazon Connect instance.

        

      
      - **Level** *(float) --* **[REQUIRED]** 

        The level of the proficiency. The valid values are 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
